Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: Right now it is not possible to cancel your order.

Delivery

Q: It says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. What do I do?

A: Please contact your local postal service with your tracking number, so they can open an investigation of why your package wasn’t delivered.

Q: How long does it take for my package to arrive?

A: This depends on where you are in the world. The average is between 7 to 30 business days after your package is shipped out. It may take longer because of local or global issues like a natural catastrophe, pandemic or epidemic. Please check the product page for a more specific range for shipping time.

Q: Can I track my order?

Q: I received a damaged product. Can I get a refund or replacement?

A: We’re sorry to hear that. To see what the issue is and solve it properly, please send a detailed description and photo(s) of the damaged product to info@lovebirbs.com.

Note that you can only receive a refund or replacement if you get to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. 

Q: The item I received is the wrong size. Can I get a replacement with the right size or a refund?

A: All products we sell are made to order. After you placed your order, we will contact the printing company to create your specific order. Because of this, as of right now, I cannot replace or refund your product.

Please make sure you pick the right size using the size charts provided.

Q: I want another color for the product I ordered. Can I replace the product for another color?

A: All products we sell are made to order. After you placed your order, we will contact the printer to create your specific order. Because of this it is not possible to replace the product for another color.
